What is collected
- Contact and enquiry details, including your name, email, organisation and message.
- Consulting booking details, the service selected and payment status. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored by this site.
- Technical and usage information only when you allow analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate country, referrer and device category.
- Security information needed to prevent spam, misuse and unauthorised access.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond and take steps at your request before a contract. Booking and payment information is used to perform a contract, keep financial records and meet legal obligations. Security processing is based on legitimate interests in operating a safe service. Optional analytics is used only with consent.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by hosting, email, database and security providers needed to run the site. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Contract and payment records may be retained for up to seven years to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Optional analytics identifiers remain until you clear them or choose “Essential only”. Backups may persist briefly beyond these periods.
International processing
Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections are relied upon.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
