Consulting terms.
These terms apply to fixed-price consulting sessions purchased through this website from Boyce Property Services Ltd (company 06258012), 6 Bexley Square, Salford, Greater Manchester, M3 6BZ.
What you are buying
The booking page describes the session length, scope, price and intended outputs. The work is strategic and educational: it does not constitute legal, regulated financial, tax or investment advice, and no particular commercial outcome is guaranteed.
AI system design and build engagements are price on application. They are not purchased through the fixed-session checkout and will use a separate proposal, statement of work, delivery plan and project terms agreed before work begins.
Booking and scheduling
Payment reserves the service, not a specific date. A mutually suitable time will be agreed by email. If no suitable time can be agreed, the payment will be refunded. You are responsible for providing accurate context and ensuring attendees have authority to discuss the matter.
Cancellation
UK consumers generally have 14 days from purchase to cancel a distance contract. If you ask for the service to begin during that period, you agree that a proportionate amount may be charged for work already supplied. Once the service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.
Outside statutory rights, a booked session can be moved once without charge with at least two working days’ notice. Later cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full, although reasonable emergencies will be considered fairly.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Non-public information shared for the session will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law. You retain your pre-existing material. General methods, experience and reusable know-how remain the consultant’s; session-specific written outputs may be used internally by you unless agreed otherwise.
Liability and fairness
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, liability connected with a session is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Problems and governing law
Please raise any problem through the contact page so it can be resolved promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory rights of the part of the UK where they live.
