About
I am an MBA AI and strategy consultant, airline pilot, founder, governor and author. The subjects vary; the useful thread is an ability to connect operational judgement, management, technology, evidence and execution.

How the work connects
Professional aviation developed preparation, calm communication and responsibility when the stakes are real. An MBA with distinction strengthened the strategic and financial frame. Building companies, software and research systems keeps that thinking close to execution.
This is why I am most useful where a problem does not fit neatly into one department: when technology changes the operating model, evidence must become a decision, or a promising idea needs a credible route into practice.
Before COVID, my technical work concentrated on computer vision. Since then I have built across web products, iOS, automation, data, finance and applied AI. The breadth matters because useful AI systems rarely fail at the model alone; they fail where technology meets evidence, workflow, incentives and management.
I now specialise in agentic research factories: coordinated systems that find sources, extract evidence, challenge conclusions, evaluate quality, preserve an audit trail and improve the next research cycle.
The same architecture can support wide-ranging applications in finance, medicine, pharmaceuticals, industry intelligence, due diligence, policy and other research-intensive settings.

Trained facilitation and recruitment work within an airline have strengthened how I structure conversations, assess people and help groups reach useful outcomes.
At Surrey Maths School I was involved before opening, served as Vice Chair and now act as SEND and Inclusion Link Governor.
Before COVID I specialised in computer vision. Since then I have built across web products, iOS, automation, data, finance and applied AI, giving me a direct route from an idea to something testable.
My current work includes company and industry research, finance systems and adaptive pipelines designed to improve the quality and repeatability of analysis.
My current specialism is adaptive, autonomous research factories that gather evidence, test findings, preserve provenance and improve repeated analysis across finance, medicine, pharmaceuticals and other research-intensive domains.
